Introducing – Mitchell Brusamarello
The Judging Administrator is not a judging position and our Administrator, Mitchell is not a member of our committee, but he does volunteer his time to support The Music Theatre Guild of Victoria, our judges, and our member companies. Mitch has excellent time management skills and works with both the open and junior judging panels. He meets with our judging panels at various times throughout the year, including training sessions and de-briefs, to ensure that both the Open and Junior judging panels follow guidelines and criteria set out by MTGV regarding nominations and commendations. Mitch reports to the committee throughout the year regarding submissions of shows and judges’ attendances and liaises with the Production Manager of our Awards Night to compile the nominations and recipient information for our Annual Awards Night. Mitch is one of the rare, few people who knows the outcome of the Awards in advance, which is a close guarded secret that even the Guild Committee and the Awards Night Production Team are not aware of, until live on the night. Mitchell is both approachable and professional and we are so lucky to have him as our Judging Administrator. Thank you for all your ongoing hard work.
