A message from our Education & Support Subcommittee
Hi members,
Happy new year! As announced at the recent awards ceremony, the Guild Committee has established the Education & Support Subcommittee (EASS), a group who is very pleased to launch its first initiative.
The EASS will aim to prioritise their work in line with what’s happening in our community. This pulse check survey is the beginning of the EASS’ information collection plan, and the team plan to have a wide range of further consultations over the next twelve months.
You can complete the survey by visiting this link: https://forms.gle/C6tse5JaFj4NzsK4A
How can member companies help?
Part of our information collection plan throughout 2025 will include specific surveys for companies, committees and schools – but right now, we’re interested in hearing from individual voices of the participants in the community. To be able to get the truest sense from our community on what our priorities should be, we need as many responses as possible. Member companies can help by doing any or all of the below:
1. Having your committee or board complete the survey – remember we’re looking for your individual thoughts as a participant of the community, and not on behalf of the company just yet!
2. Sharing the survey in forums where you communicate with your participants – this might be cast or company alumni Facebook groups, Messenger groups, email newsletters, social media networks, Slack channels, or however else you communicate with your casts, crew and members!
3. Share the following Facebook post on your company and/or personal Facebook page – https://www.facebook.com/share/p/15pF9BoJpx/
Your assistance in helping us to gather as much data as possible to help our endeavours is greatly appreciated – and will help to guide how we will prioritise our work in the 2025.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out at [email protected].
Thank you for your assistance!
