I hope this email finds you all safe and well, and looking after yourself.
Due to our care for the health and safety of our members, not to mention the recently announced restrictions on non-essential gatherings, we have made some decisions regarding the member forum and AGM scheduled for this Saturday 28th March;
Members Forum Postponed
Our facilitator for the Governance Forum has advised us that this content will be better presented in person, and therefore we have decided to postpone this to the second half of the year, date TBD.
For the first time ever, our AGM will be hosted online. Whilst this will no doubt have its challenges, I’m hopeful that it will provide opportunity for even great access and engagement from our members, particularly those that would have had to travel long distances to attend in person.
If you are planning to attend, please click the link below so that we can register you, and ensure that we have send you any information regarding the AGM and any reports or documentation that would normally be distributed on the day.

Judging Update/ Changes to Performance Dates
I want to say a massive thank you to you all for communicating so promptly with us regarding shows seasons that have been postponed or cancelled. A reminder that if you haven’t sent us through your new show dates yet, please contact Mitch ([email protected]
As I’m sure you can imagine, we are likely to have a much higher concentration that usual of shows in the second half of 2020, so we want to be as prepared as possible to roster our judges across them all.
Many thanks for your ongoing support and resilience during this time, and I can’t wait to see you all in a foyer again!
