MEMO TO ALL COMPANIES
If your
performing venue is difficult to find eg within school grounds etc, the
judges would really appreciate a small map of the grounds indicating the
theatre and where parking is available be sent with the Application for Judging
form.
RE JUNIORS
Junior
Production
To be eligible for the Junior Production of
the Year, 100% of the on-stage cast in the production must be 18 years or under
as of the opening night of the production, or as at the judges' discretion.
Junior Performer - Male or Female
To be eligible for a Junior Performer Award,
a cast member in either an Open or Junior production must be 18 years or under
as at the opening night of the production.
Companies should state the age of any Junior Performers in an Open production in the program and
Application for Judging.
Feedback
Junior companies are
requested to indicate on the Application for Judging Form if they would like to
receive feedback regarding their production.
Feedback forms would be posted to Junior companies after the Awards
Night.

than 30 days prior to the first performance, otherwise judges
attendance cannot be guaranteed. Shows opening within
four (4) weeks of the Awards Night will be considered in the following years
program. Only currently financial companies are eligible
for judging as part of the Awards. |
